Steamship Pier Bar & Grill, Vermont Waterfront Restaurant

The Steamship Pier Bar & Grill, A Vermont Waterfront Restaurant

The Pier Bar is located on the North Hero House Steamship Pier directly on Lake Champlain. In the years before the Island Line Railroad was built in 1903, guests arrived by Steamship for their summer stay.

The Pier Bar & Grill is housed on a blue stone patio under a large white tent with water on 3 sides and a commanding view of the Lake Champlain Islands and the Green Mountains beyond. The Pier Bar serves casual fare including our famous butter-poached Maine Lobster Rolls. MENU  Guests can arrive by boat, car or even SEAPLANE.
