This Valentine’s Day falls on Thursday, February 14. For this special day the inn is offering a romantic room for $99. Most of our rooms have fireplaces and many have Jacuzzi tubs. For dinner, Chef Tim has prepared a menu to include some very special entrees in additon to our regular menu options.
Enjoy dinners crafted for two including Roast Prime Rib and Roast Chicken or choose an individual entree such as:
Vermont Lamb Three Ways (Settlement Farms, Underhill, VT)
Grilled Rack of Lamb, Roasted Loin, Crisp Confit of Belly,
Celery Root Puree, Sea Salt Roasted Beets and Baby Carrots, Rosemary-Infused Lamb Jus
OR
Poached North Atlantic Sole
Citrus Braised Belgian Endive and Fennel, Kumquat Coulis, Hearts of Palm Caponata
Blood Orange Beurre Blanc

Stay for dinner and spend the night in one of our romantic rooms. As a Valentine’s special we are offering any room for $99. Expect a rose on your pillow, chocolate truffles and breakfast for 2. Suites are $159. Rooms are allocated on a first come/first served basis. Call early to maximize your choices.
WEEKEND SPECIALS & VALENTINE’S DANCE
If you prefer to spend Valentine’s with us over the 3 day President’s weekend we will be offering a special Valentine’s menu on Saturday night including the entree specials above. At 8PM the Valentine’s Sweetheart Boogie will be held at the North Hero Community Hall. Have a pre-dance dinner with us and then stroll to the Community Hall which is just four doors away.
