Sauna & Cold Plunge

✨ New Year’s Day Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience ✨

Start 2026 with renewal and reflection. Join us on New Year’s Day, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, as Northern Kin Sauna brings their wood-fired mobile sauna and cold plunge to the shores of Lake Champlain.

Free for Overnight Guests of the Inn

Sign-up details coming soon!

Sessions: 1–1.5 hours (shared, up to 12 guests per session)

Sauna Journey (Guided Session): Includes breath-work, essential oils, and traditional Aufguss rituals for a deeper, restorative experience.

Let the heat soften what feels heavy, the steam clear your mind, and the plunge remind you of your resilience.


Schedule (12 PM - 4 PM):

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 1
An open-flow session where guests can rotate through the sauna, relax by the fire and in the chairs, mingle and take an optional cold plunge in the lake. Capacity: 10-12 people.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 2
A second open-flow session, same as the first. Capacity: 10-12 people.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 3
A third open-flow session, same as the first two. Capacity: 10-12 people.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Guided Finnish Saunotus Ritual
This is a special, 50-60 minute traditional Finnish ritual led by Grace, our certified sauna guide. It's a progressive contrast therapy experience using all the elements, sound therapy, and birch whisks (vihta). It's a truly unique experience. Capacity: 10 people.
