Start 2026 with renewal and reflection. Join us on New Year’s Day, as Northern Kin Sauna brings their wood-fired mobile sauna and cold plunge to the shores of Lake Champlain.

Sauna Journey (Guided Session): Includes breath-work, essential oils, and traditional Aufguss rituals for a deeper, restorative experience.

Schedule (12 PM - 4 PM):

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 1 | $25 per person
An open-flow session where guests can rotate through the sauna, relax by the fire and in the chairs, mingle and take an optional cold plunge in the lake. Capacity: 10 people.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 2 | $25 per person
A second open-flow session, same as the first. Capacity: 10 people.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Open Sauna Session 2 | $25 per person
A third open-flow session, same as the first two. Capacity: 10 people.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Guided Finnish Saunotus Ritual | $35 per person
This is a special, 50-60 minute traditional Finnish ritual led by Grace, our certified sauna guide. It's a progressive contrast therapy experience using all the elements, sound therapy, and birch whisks (vihta). It's a truly unique experience. Capacity: 8 people
